This throwback was submitted by a community member and dates back to the 1980s. This is Cecil Stone (late resident) and Jim Wilson (friend) at Garfield Manor on Garfield Avenue in Petrolia. Throwback to friends and sunny days.  

Throwback to when the Bentpath Women's Institute stopped by to sing and visit with residents. We love hosting community groups.  Community groups strengthen the social fabric at Albany Retirement Village. Throwback to the early 2000s when Parker Simpson, our chief jack-of-all-trades maintenance man, was approx. 8 years old.  Pictured here is Bella and Parker enjoying pet therapy. Throwback to 2009 when our late Oma (grandmother) was a resident at Albany Retirement Village, the retirement home that she originally founded. We miss you, Oma, and thank you for everything you did to make this retirement home what it is today. Our Oma, Anne Cepek (pictured right), visiting with her friend at the Strawberry Social event.
